Tom Caiola
Senior Account Manager
Tom had an extensive manufacturing, operations, and production control background before joining TAC Sales in 1995. He has earned the trust and respect of our principals while managing some of our most strategic global accounts. Our clients count on Tom to be proactive, available, and responsive, and he delivers day in and day out. He epitomizes our core value of being solution-oriented, as he runs towards problems and is integral to quarterbacking the solution.
Christy Black

Every agency needs an internal support system, which is what Christy brings to the table. She uses her experience, overall sincerity and likeability to help where ever help is needed, managing operations on a tactical level for our key customers. Christy exemplifies our core value of exceeding expectations as her ability to step in, follow up and follow through are unmatched.
JoAnn Caiola

Keeping things organized, compliant, and balanced is what JoAnn has been doing since 1972, helping support the driving entrepreneurial spirit of OUR founding father, Tom Caiola. Even though her job is behind the scenes, she is vital to this agency's integrity and foundational years. She does the everyday tasks that allow us the freedom to explore the growth that will drive this agency into the next generation.
Dave Caiola
Owner, President
The oldest son of our founders, Dave started in the business right out of college in 1981. After struggling early to find his own path, he eventually helped take TAC Sales to another level of success in the early 1990’s. Still handling some of the company’s largest accounts, he provides the leadership and creativity to navigate a constantly evolving business landscape. Known as Mr. Plan “B,” no matter the situation, he stewards the company to pivot and navigate a new path forward.
Adrian Caiola
Sales Associate
Adrian is Dave’s son and has grown up close to the roller coaster ride of a family business. He is naturally observant and has the ability to understand, digest, and suggest solutions quickly. He commits to learning every day and asking the right questions. We know his Grandfather would be very proud that he has chosen to keep the dream alive for the next (3rd) generation. (His Dad is proud too!)
